Welcome to SoCal Plumbing (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website at plumberinranchocucamongasocal.com (the “Site”) or by scheduling, requesting, or receiving any plumbing services from us, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Services Offered
SoCal Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing services in Rancho Cucamonga and surrounding communities in the Inland Empire, including but not limited to drain cleaning, clog removal, main line clearing, video camera inspection, hydro-jetting, and related plumbing maintenance. Service availability may vary by location and is subject to technician availability.
Service Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided by SoCal Plumbing are based on the information available at the time of the request. Final pricing may differ from initial estimates if additional issues are discovered during service. We will communicate any changes in scope and cost to the Customer before proceeding with additional work. Our pricing is upfront and transparent — no hidden fees.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We ask that any appointment cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Emergency services are available 24/7 and are subject to emergency service rates.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made in writing. SoCal Plumbing accepts cash, major credit cards, and approved digital payment methods. Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee.
Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee
SoCal Plumbing guarantees the quality of its workmanship. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 5 business days of the completed service and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. Warranties on parts are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and do not extend beyond those terms. Our workmanship warranty does not cover pre-existing conditions, customer-caused damage, or issues unrelated to the original service performed.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SoCal Plumbing’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. SoCal Plumbing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of revenue, or property damage not directly caused by our negligence.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for: (a) providing accurate information about the plumbing issue; (b) ensuring safe and reasonable access to the work area; (c) removing personal property or valuables from the work area prior to service; (d) disclosing any known hazards including asbestos, lead paint, or mold; and (e) ensuring the presence of an authorized adult (18+) during service.
